Systems audits may be adjusted to each client’s need. Visual audits provide the client with any reports of disconnects, bad fittings, unauthorized or duplicate addresses and bad wiring. Lock boxes are also checked for problems. All unauthorized users are contacted in order to convert them to paid subscribers.
Tap audits help to maintain a system’s equipment with Vozzcom’s trained technicians checking each tap and all connections at non-subscribing poles, installing correct taps, tags and locking terminators.
Vozzcom technicians also perform full tap audits which require climbing poles, determining each cable wire and corresponding home as well as unauthorized lines which are tagged and disconnected.
